Whether you are acquiring an original oil canvas for your private residence, commissioning an Arabic calligraphy centerpiece, or collecting high-resolution digital masterworks, your personal identity, contact details, and acquisition values are kept strictly confidential.
We never sell, lease, trade, or monetize collector information with third-party advertising brokers, commercial remarketing firms, or data aggregators. Every acquisition is handled through private studio channels with end-to-end respect for your privacy.
Our Core Privacy Commitment
Your acquisition records and collector identity remain private to Dream of Strokes studio and the creating master artist. We do not publish collector names alongside public gallery sold items unless explicit written consent is provided.
Information We Collect
To process art transactions, coordinate secure insured crating, and deliver digital art assets, we collect specific categories of information when you interact with our platform:
- Personal Identity & Contact Details: Full name, email address, WhatsApp/telephone number, and collector title.
- Physical Delivery & Logistics Data: Residential or commercial delivery address in Pakistan or abroad, postal codes, gate codes, recipient contact, and special unloading instructions for crated large-format canvases.
- Bespoke Commission Briefs: Architectural wall dimensions, interior lighting notes, room photographs, preferred Quranic ayahs or poetic scripts, and color palette preferences shared during private consultations.
- Digital Art Transaction Details: IP addresses and timestamps for authenticating secure digital downloads from the Collector Vault, preventing digital file piracy, and verifying collector license entitlement.
- Account Credentials: Encrypted passwords and session tokens managed via browser
localStorageand secure session mechanisms.
How Collector Data is Utilized
We process your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes directly tied to fine art creation, verification, and collector services:
- Order Fulfillment & Insured Transit: Generating shipping manifests for insured door-to-door courier transit (via TCS, Leopard Courier, DHL Express) for wooden-crated physical canvases.
- Certificate of Authenticity Registry: Registering your name (or anonymous collector ID) to the official serialized Dream of Strokes Certificate of Authenticity accompanying your artwork.
- Direct Artist-Client Communication: Enabling our resident master painters (Rohan Shahzad, Ahmad Abbas, Fasih-ur-Rehman, Talha Abuzar) to share work-in-progress photos, videos, and studio milestones directly with you via WhatsApp.
- Digital License Issuance: Binding non-exclusive private display and high-resolution print licenses to verified digital art edition owners.
- Studio Announcements (Opt-In): Sending private collector alerts regarding new canvas releases or gallery exhibitions, with an immediate 1-click unsubscribe option.
Digital Art Vault Security & Download Protection
In accordance with our platform ethos of welcoming digital art alongside physical paintings with zero restrictions, our Digital Art Vault provides verified collectors with lossless Ultra-HD master files (up to 8K resolution, 300 DPI, TIFF and vector assets).
To protect both collector investment and artist copyright:
- Digital download links are time-limited, session-authenticated, and cryptographically verified.
- Download access logs are monitored to detect unauthorized mass-scraping, automated bot downloading, or unauthorized public re-distribution.
- Digital purchases are paired with a permanent digital Certificate of Authenticity confirming your registered collector license.
Financial Transaction Security
Dream of Strokes partners with industry-standard, PCI-DSS compliant financial settlement providers. Depending on your chosen payment channel (direct interbank transfer, State Bank Raast instant payment, PayFast, Stripe, or Cash on Delivery for domestic shipments):
We never store, capture, or retain raw credit or debit card numbers on our gallery web servers. All card processing is handled via encrypted external gateway handshakes. Proof of transfer receipts shared via WhatsApp are securely archived solely for accounting reconciliation and tax compliance under the laws of Pakistan.
Provenance Records & Data Retention
In the fine art world, an artwork's provenance (its historical chain of ownership) is essential to preserving its physical and market value. For this reason:
- Studio Provenance Archives: Serialized artwork registry numbers, creation dates, artist signatures, and recorded collector transfers are maintained in studio archives permanently to enable future authentication when collectors seek appraisals or secondary market transfers.
- Account Deletion Rights: You may request the deletion of your online collector profile, delivery address, and communication history at any time by contacting our studio team. Deleting your profile will not invalidate existing physical Certificates of Authenticity previously issued in your name.
